This is what happens when you put your purse and your child in the car, fail to buckle your child in before heading back inside to grab the rest of your things and get distracted by something that causes you to leave the two together for about 30 seconds too long.If I can paraphrase the great Senator, you can put lipstick on a toddler, but he's still liable to drive you to drink.
